Early morning pickup from Pithoragarh. 3-hour mountain drive to Dharchula (2,680m). Medical check-in and altitude acclimatization brief. Overnight stay in Dharchula.

Dharchula to Gunji - High Altitude
Morning drive from Dharchula to Gunji (3,600m). Steep ascent with continuous altitude gain. Quick acclimatization walk. Early rest for next morning's summit attempt. Overnight at high altitude.
- 3Day 3
Gunji to Adi Kailash Peak - Express Darshan
Pre-dawn alpine trek to Adi Kailash peak (5,600m). Rapid ascent with water crossings and rocky terrain. Sacred darshan experience. Return journey begins immediately after summit. Complete return to Pithoragarh or overnight in Dharchula.
